About Us
 Myself, Dr Pradip Kr Ghosh was in Govt. Service in a hospital having inadequate facility and improper working environment. Being dissatisfied in Govt. service I decided to leave the job but evergrowing commercial mentality of corporate set-up was equally disappointing to me. I was in dilemma for a long duration regarding settling ourselves between these two opposite type of set-up. Finally, I opted for our own Ophthalmic Set-up having all modern amenities with modern equipments and friendly atmosphere for the patients with an idea of treating our patients as human being not merely as a diseased person. My wife, Dr Suparna Ghosh wholeheartedly supported my idea and helped me a lot to grow up our set-up after quiting her job as an Eye surgeon in DSP Hospital. Finally, myself and my wife established an Ophthalmic Institute named NEHA EYE HOSPITAL in Barrackpore, Kolkata - 700120 on 16th August, 1998. Subsequently, name was changed to NEHA EYE CENTRE. |
